Margaret’s Smoothie

Recipe for a low-carb/calorie smoothie to consume with a meal or as a snack.

  • 3/4 c. frozen blueberry
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

Blend ingredients and enjoy!
